  • What is the difference between a chauffeur service and taxi?

    Lots ! 


    Level of service, vehicle type,  vehicle cleanliness, driver experience and quality............


    You may think there is not much difference between a taxi and a chauffeur service, but there are so many. To name a few


    Vehicles are all fully executive, with extra space for comfort including full leather upholstery, privacy / anti-glare windows, use of Wi-fi, complimentary water, paper (if requested), hand santitiser and face masks.


    Your chauffeur is security cleared, often to a CTC standard, along with the usual DBS check. They are also specifically chosen for their advanced driving skills and pleasant demeanour and well versed in correct etiquettes of taking care of their passengers in a professional manner, and proven reliability.


    Our back room team actually monitor your booking from start to finish, with flight/train checking to ensure we are there to meet you on time.  Being late is not an option. The level of vehicle, service and reliablity is by far a better experience.

  • How do I pay?

    We ask for payment prior to the service commencing, usually 24 hours in advance, and this can be done by credit card or bank transfer.


    We do not accept cash payments on the day or any payments in the vehicle.


    Once booked, we send a confirmation, followed by an emailed invoice which has a link for you to make payment directly. Confirmation of payment is immedialtey emailed back to you.

  • Can I pay with cash or credit card?

    We do accept credit card payments.


    However we do not accept cash payments in the vehicles, 


    Once booked you will recieve an email with confirmation and an invoice, which will have a link for you to simply enter your card details yourself.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations (for cars & people carriers) after 22.00 on the day prior to travel and before 06.00 on the day we reserve the right to apply up to full charge. For cancellations after 0600 on the day of travel we reserve the right to charge up to full price if cancelled within 4 hours of a booking time, but cancellations giving 4 hours or more notice on the day of travel will incur no charge and any payments made will be fully refunded.


    The Company reserves the right to charge for cancellations as set out above and the charge can be up to 100% of the normal charge dependent on circumstances and solely at the discretion of the company.


    For events or large scale reservations, the company reserves the right to set cancelation policy that is appropriate for multiple vehicle hire which will be set out at time of booking. Please check with your initial enquiry.


    For vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats the Company reserves the right to charge for cancellations as follows:


    1 - 7 days notice: 100%


    8 - 13 days notice: 75%


    14 – 20 days notice 50%


    21 – 27 days notice 25 %.

  • Will I be met at the airport or station?

    Yes, for all airport or rail station collections, you will be met by your chauffeur (meet and greet service), displaying a sign with your chosen name or business logo.


    At airports it will be in the arrivals hall just after you exit baggage hall, and at stations it is either just after you exit the ticket barriers or at a point that will have been advised during your booking process.

  • Can I get assistance with my bags?

    Yes!


    Our chauffeur 's are there to assist you every step of the way and will galdly assist with bags / luggage if required.

  • What happens if I am running late?

    Don’t worry, as we will be monitoring your flight or train so will always be there to meet you.


    If you have arrived at an airport and get delayed in customs, passport control or waiting for luggage, our chauffeur will still be there for you.


    Waiting is all part of the service and we allow 1 hour free at airports and 15 minutes free from a hotel, business or home address.


    Either way, don't worry as we will not leave unless advised by the passenger

  • Can I have an account?

    Yes!


    We welcome accounts for regular users of the service.


    We do have to ask you complete a simple account application form but once checks are done you will be able to book on account and pay within 30 days.

  • Do you provide vehicles for Weddings / Proms?

    Yes!


    Our executive vehicles are perfect for a 'Modern' Wedding car , with options for executive saloon, usually for Bride and or Groom and larger Mercedes people carriers, ideal for Bridesmaids.


    We can supply ribbon colour of your choice and cater for one way transfers or half and full day hire.


    Our Executive Vehicles can also be used for Proms if wanting for your child to arrive in luxury at their special evening.
